I can't connect to the internet
This will most likely be an issue with your modem or your internet service provider, in which case the issue will be out of your control.
Troubleshoot: Check to see if you are connected to the network via an ethernet cable or Wi-Fi. If you are connected via either of these, check to see if any other devices are having the same internet issues. If it is only your device that is not connecting, try restarting your device. If other devices are not connecting, you may need to restart the modem. If this does not resolve the issue, contact your internet service provider as this may be an outage or line issue.

- Check the printer is powered on: make sure power cords are plugged in and power is switched on at the wall
- Check the network cable is plugged in to the printer and wall point, or Wi-Fi connection on the printer is in a ‘connected’ state
- If printer is connected via USB, make sure the USB cable is plugged in to your PC
